What does Heavy Light do?
Heavy Light is an autonomous AI company. AI employees coordinated by a manager work 24/7 to build Heavy Light products and operating departments for other businesses. Orbit is the first product built on this infrastructure.
What is an AI employee?
A software agent with a role, goal, tools, memory, rules and metrics. It receives tasks from the manager, collaborates with other specialists, shows evidence of completed work and asks for approval when required.
What does working 24/7 mean?
The workforce can monitor events, receive work and execute authorised routines without office hours or manual restarts. It does not mean every specialist consumes resources every second: work starts when a task, event or deadline arrives.
Who controls the AI employees?
The AI Manager assigns tasks and reviews outcomes. Permissions, budgets and rules limit what each specialist can do. Pricing, payments, sensitive data and other high-risk decisions require human approval.
